This policy covers the Growth Storm Pakistan website and enquiries made through it. Growth Storm is a Pakistan-based digital agency. Information handled during a client project may also be covered by the relevant service agreement.

2. Information you share with us

When you submit an enquiry or communicate with us, we receive the details you choose to provide. These can include:

• Your name, business name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your website or social profile, the service you are interested in, and selected project requirements.
• Your message, business goals and materials you send directly to us.

Our enquiry forms require your name and a way to contact you. Other details help us understand your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive patient information through a general enquiry form.

3. Website and enquiry context

Enquiry forms can include the page you contacted us from, your landing page, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM tags. This helps us understand which service or campaign led to your enquiry.

Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and activity needed to operate the website and prevent abuse. Our form protection uses temporary checks to limit repeated submissions.

Google Analytics and Meta advertising tracking are not currently enabled in the configuration reviewed for this policy. Local Google and Meta logo images do not themselves activate tracking. If we introduce additional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update these disclosures and provide consent controls where required before using them.

6. Who can receive information

Website enquiries are sent to our business email. Relevant team members and providers supporting hosting, email, security or technical maintenance may handle information where needed for those purposes. Project-specific tools may be covered by your service agreement.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our systems.

Some service providers may process information outside Pakistan. Their location and applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service used.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage the business relationship, maintain required records or address security and legal matters. The appropriate period depends on the information and purpose; we do not apply one fixed period to every enquiry.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced through their normal cycle.

8. Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to information you supplied, correct inaccurate details, ask for deletion or stop direct marketing. We assess requests under applicable requirements and may need proportionate identity verification. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons.

Links to WhatsApp, social platforms or other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Review those policies before sharing information there.

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. If a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
