01 / START WITH THE BOTTLENECK
What is holding your store back?
More advertising is not always the first answer. Choose the challenge closest to your situation to see where we would start.
FIRST, UNDERSTAND THE PATTERN
Find what changes between good weeks and quiet ones.
Review demand, stock, offers, creative performance and tracking. Then separate a traffic problem from a store or fulfilment problem.
Starting output: a prioritised testing plan with the numbers we will use to judge it.

Acquire. Convert. Bring them back.
01 / CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
Reach people with a reason to choose your product.
Connect the product, offer and creative with suitable audiences and channels. Test messages and formats before assuming that a bigger budget will solve the problem.
- Campaign structure and audience planning
- Product-led creative and offer testing
- Budget decisions against agreed acquisition targets
02 / STORE CONVERSION
Make the next step easier to take.
Review the route from ad to product page and checkout. Identify mismatched promises, unclear delivery information, missing product detail and mobile friction.
- Product and landing-page recommendations
- Cart and checkout journey review
- Prioritised tests and agreed implementation scope

03 / CUSTOMER RETENTION
Give the first purchase a useful follow-up.
Build relevant email and WhatsApp journeys around what customers bought and what they may need next. Match the messages to your catalogue, buying cycle and consent.
- Agreed cart-recovery and post-purchase flows
- Customer segments and repeat-order campaigns
- Message frequency, permissions and performance review

Help people decide
Present the price, contents and any genuine offer without hiding conditions.
Illustrative creative directions. Your plan confirms asset quantities, formats, production responsibilities and approval steps. Photography, shoots and creator fees are scoped separately.
05 / PAKISTAN: THE COMMERCIAL PICTURE
A placed order is only part of the story.
Campaign reports need context. For COD stores, confirmation, delivery, cancellations and returns can change what an order is worth.
We agree which numbers can be measured from your analytics, store and fulfilment records, and identify gaps before interpreting performance.
- Advertising spend and acquisition cost
- Placed, confirmed and delivered orders where available
- Average order value and repeat purchases
- Product margins, shipping and returns when supplied
Order stages, not performance results.
Ad-platform ROAS is attributed revenue divided by ad spend. It is not your net profit. Cost and fulfilment data are needed to assess the wider commercial result.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
How much does ecommerce marketing cost in Pakistan?
The fee depends on the channels, deliverables, creative production, tracking and store work required. Advertising spend and third-party costs are separate. We agree the scope and quote after reviewing your store.
What advertising budget should we start with?
Start with your product economics, demand and testing needs. We review margins, average order value, existing results and operational capacity before recommending a budget. There is no single budget that suits every store.
Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce stores?
Yes. We review the current store and integrations before agreeing the marketing and tracking work. A new store build or substantial redesign is quoted under our separate ecommerce development service.
Can you help with COD orders and cancellations?
We can review the acquisition messages, checkout information and agreed confirmation journeys. We also use available order and delivery data to put campaign results in context. Courier performance and fulfilment remain operational responsibilities.
Does the service include ad creatives and product shoots?
The proposal confirms the creative quantities, formats, copy, revision rounds and who supplies product assets. Photography, video shoots and creator arrangements are included only when explicitly scoped.
How quickly will we see results?
Timelines depend on tracking readiness, creative, demand, budget, stock and the starting position of the store. We agree launch milestones and review periods. Specific sales volumes, ROAS or profitability cannot be guaranteed.
Who owns the advertising and analytics accounts?
We plan work around business-owned accounts and appropriate agency access. Ownership, permissions and any existing account limitations are checked during onboarding.
Is this different from your performance marketing service?
This page brings acquisition, store conversion and retention together specifically for ecommerce brands. Our broader performance marketing service covers other business models and campaign goals too.
