3. Proposals, scope and payment

A confirmed proposal or service agreement sets the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines, revision limits, ownership and responsibilities for your project. Those agreed terms govern the engagement.

Any package or price shown on the website should be read with its stated scope and conditions. Confirm the applicable quotation before committing. Advertising spend, subscriptions, hosting and other third-party costs are included only where the agreement expressly says so.

Cancellation, refunds and handover arrangements depend on the applicable agreement and mandatory legal requirements. Website updates do not change an existing signed agreement by themselves.

Marketing results depend on factors including your offer, budget, market, platform rules, website and follow-up. We do not promise a particular ranking, lead volume, revenue or return unless an explicit commitment forms part of your agreement.

Past work does not guarantee the same outcome for another business. Concept projects and illustrative examples are not evidence of actual client results and should be identified as such. Platform partnerships do not guarantee campaign outcomes.

Our website content, designs and original materials are owned by Growth Storm or used under licence. Third-party names, logos, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and share links to the website for ordinary informational purposes. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis. Rights to client deliverables are determined by the relevant agreement.
